Growing a successful practice around our path with horses is
not an easy task. Sometimes we need a mentor and support to get us to where we are now, to where our authentic vision for our practice is.
We don’t have to just master our craft and our path with horses, we also have to learn how to become successful businesswomen to support our horses and also the work we feel called to do.
Walking this path with our horses in a way that truly feels honouring to them, plus holding our vision of success requires us to develop and grow in multiple ways plus trust where we are being asked to lead alongside of our herd.
Our private mentorship containers were created for equine facilitators that recognize they need to continue their growth and development, and are looking for a more customized and personal approach to support them on their journey.
For those seeking private mentorship option you may be someone that already has some training under your belt but feel like there are gaps in your development and you resonate with our philosophy that we hold and teach in horse medicine leadership.
It is important for us to not just develop the skills of being masterful at our work as a facilitator and how we hold the partnership with our horses, but also in knowing how to hold and run a business, that is also a set of skills that don’t always get supported in our training.
We wanted to create a container that felt curated to meet other equine facilitators in multiple layers to continue your development of both how you hold space for this work and cultivating a practice that can support your vision.
Who is this space for?
Our mentorship was created for equine facilitators that already have some training but are feeling like there are gaps in their knowledge and are looking to deepen their development of their skills, practice and growth of their equine practice.
You are looking for a customized approach that will create a container that meets you where you are at and can be crafted around what feels most supportive for you.
You are looking for a mentor that can help with a few layers of where you need support, those coming to us in mentorship often have a couple of places they are looking to receive mentorship around.
You are wanting to feel more confident in how you facilitate with your clients, developing more skills in knowing how to guide a client through an experience, you may be currently feeling like you don’t feel as comfortable or confident as you could be and that is impacting your ability to get clients.
