Our Herd
When people are drawn to horse medicine leadership and training with us, there is a space where we believe they are also drawn to learning from our herd.
A core purpose of creating this space and training in this work is to provide homes for horses in need and give them a second purpose.
We believe part of this work is it allows us to introduce people to a different way of connecting with horses, proving there is a value that they bring to our lives beyond the saddle.
We honor each horse in our herd as a teacher who brings a unique space of wisdom to those who are drawn here and who are wanting to learn from us.
Our training comes as much from our herd as much as it does from ourselves and we are honored to have these amazing teachers step into facilitating alongside us.
Our herd is former rescues and is currently at 28 horses who range from 3 years to 32 years old.
Although we would love to name all of the horses here, part of what is exciting about our training is discovering the medicine of our herd and meeting them for yourself.
